Tey leads McKinsey Design Europe, and heads up McKinsey's client work in AI-driven customer experience and hyper-personalisation. He brings over 20 years of professional experience as first a web designer, then creative technologist and UX designer before transitioning into helping McKinsey build their digital, design and AI capabilities. His focus today is on helping clients in the financial services and consumer sectors innovate by combining deep consumer and user insight with experience design, behavioural science, digital growth tactics, and a dash of creative flair.
